Tech Bridges

Tech Bridges provide for partnerships between Communications, Broadcast and other Media specialist schools with small Churches in order for these Churches to build their capacity for effective communication; and for the students (or interns) from the schools to practice their skills while preparing for their future. These opportunities for students not only provide practice in the area of their learned skills, but will aide the student in personal communication and on the job training for resolving tech problems and being able to communicate those solutions to people who live in the Communities where their schools are located. The opportunities will also provide some compensation.

The Tech Bridges will provide for the Church, much needed skills in the public presentations they make, while also exposing the youth in their Community to youth and young adults who look like them and communicate like them—as well as providing insight into the thoughts of people uniquely different from them—as these interns successfully serve them. These partnerships will allow youth to interact and appreciate the contribution of their peers to the welfare of their Community.
